In France it's traditional to eat a dessert for Christmas which is called "La bûche"
and which is the representation of a log.
Originally the tradition was a real wooden log.
Many chefs now have fun with this concept and imagine lots of variations for it.
I just needed to make a miniature log ring !!
I love to be cozy by the fire when it's cold outside.
